We offer three tiers of service: Same Day (drop off by 2 PM, pick up by evening), Next Day, and Standard (3-5 days). You can choose the option that best fits your schedule during booking.
No, our prices include professional installation and premium strings. You can browse our full catalog of Tennis and Badminton strings above. However, if you have a specific string you prefer, you can bring it and we'll provide a 'labour only' discount.
Tension depends on your playing style. Generally, lower tension provides more power and comfort, while higher tension offers more control. For tennis, most players are between 48-55 lbs. For badminton, 24-28 lbs is common. We can provide a recommendation based on your game when you drop off.
Our main studio is located near Castlemore Ave & Mingay Ave (L6E). We also offer convenient pickup/drop-off options and home delivery for larger orders.
